Hi! I’m Petra. I’m a certified and accredited health coach and I help people like you get a grip on their habits so they can increase their energy and confidence, lose weight, and fully seize life.
For years, I tried losing weight, getting up earlier, and functioning through my anxieties. That’s what you do, just like everyone else, right? Until I realized that habits, routines, and preferences can and may differ. I worked on my own habits, lost 20+ kgs (45+ lbs), learned that I simply don’t function before ~07.30 am, and now know how to manage my mental and physical health. I’m so much happier, feel more calm than anxious, have more energy, and can enjoy life to the fullest.
With Habits 101 you’ll create one habit. Without difficult and complicated theories and exercises, but with focus and a step-by-step plan. After, you’ll know how habits are built and how to use that to change your habits.

Module 3: We’ll focus on how habits actually work. This will help you make sure habits stick—for good.
Module 4: We’ll wrap up the program with some reflection and planning for the future.
Signing up for Habits 101: The Basics of Creating Habits gives you live access to the entire program. You’ll be able to attend our live calls every week and will receive all recordings and the workbook by email, so you won’t lose the information and can use it over and over. You will use the knowledge and skills you gain during this month again and again to tackle your habits, and maybe those of your partner, kids, friends, and family.
