With 1:1 coaching you work together with an accredited lifestyle and habits coach (that’s me!) to create habits that support you. Your goals, your priorities, your life.

And that doesn’t mean you have to go to the gym 5x a week and eat salads and oatmeal daily. We’ll look at what fits with your goals, priorities, and preferences so it’s not a lifestyle you have to persevere, but one that fits you. Change happens with small steps!
In two to six months, we’ll create a balanced lifestyle with habits that support your goals, whether you want to increase your energy, decrease your brain fog, or lose/gain weight. Together, we’ll make sure your habits stick and you know how to manage to change your habits. These are skills that will benefit you for the rest of your life! (And your friends and family too 😉)

How does it work?
We’ll start with a free 30-minute coaching session so we can meet and discuss what you want to work on and if I can help you. If we’re a good match and you decide to go for it, we’ll plan an intake.
During the intake, we’ll talk about all sides of a balanced lifestyle and corresponding habits. We’ll look at where you are now and where you want to be.
In the weeks after, we’ll take a closer look at your eating pattern, movement, sleep, relaxation, and stress management during our 1:1 sessions. We’ll work on changing your habits to support your goals, will see what can hold you back and how to handle that, and prepare you for a future where you can fully seize life.
After finishing the program, you’ll have all the skills and knowledge to keep your balanced habits going. We’ll plan three more short check-ins, so there’s space for questions or to discuss things you’re struggling with or that are going really well.
- Free 30-minute introduction session
- Extensive intake session (90 minutes) including body measurements and calculating your health level
- 8 coaching sessions (45 minutes), including setting goals and creating plans, food and activity analysis, high-risk situations, and relapse
- 3x check-in (20 minutes) for aftercare

You’re in the right place if you can take responsibility. You don’t have to have infinite motivation, you learn to deal with that during the program.
But I can’t do it for you, unfortunately.
1:1 coaching only works if you really want it, do the work, are honest with me and yourself, and take responsibility. You’re open in our conversations, stick to our agreements, use the tools you learn, and actually act on intentions and exercises.
Coaching is not a quick fix. You really have to do the work to change your habits.

Who am I?
I’m Petra Kindts.
Once upon a time I was a freelance content writer. I traveled around Europe, lived in Budapest, had a busy social life, and worked more than full time.
Then I got burnt out and couldn’t do anything.
During my recovery of that burn-out (and the bonus anxiety disorders and depressions that came along), I learned a lot about lifestyle, health, habits, setting boundaries, coping mechanisms, and balance.
During ✨ a crisis ✨ in 2020/2021, I had a lot of time to analyse my life. Was I happy with where I was and where I was going? If not, this was the opportunity to change it.
So I did. With my personal experiences, I’d been able to support, inspire, and motivate friends, family, and even strangers to take a closer look at their lifestyles. With an evidence-based background, I’d be much more equipped to help them, and others.
That’s where I am now. Accredited and certified health coach and determined to help as many people as I can to get a grip on their habits so they can chase their goals and dreams.

Can we meet before I buy one of your programs?
Definitely! I offer everyone a free 30-minute coaching session so you can experience what coaching is like, we can see if we get along, and we discuss what you’re looking for from coaching. I’ll let you knew how I can help and give you valuable tips, insights, and/or first steps towards your goal.
After the session, you’re not obligated to buy one of my programs at all and if either one of us doesn’t think you’ll benefit from coaching, we won’t do it. It only works if we can work together with full dedication.
And if you choose to follow one of my programs, we’ll schedule your intake as soon as possible!
Where do the sessions take place?
The 1:1 coaching happens online through Zoom, at your home, or at another location chosen by you (travel expenses are €0,19 per kilometer outside of Zaandam, the Netherlands). We could go for a walk on the beach during your session!
What’s the cost of a 1:1 coaching program?
This 1:1 program of at least 2 months is priced at €797. I understand it’s a big investment, but don’t forget it’s an investment in yourself and your health (*cliches* are only cliches because they’re true). You’ll benefit mentally and physically for the rest of your life. After the program, you can use your new knowledge and skills to manage your habits for the rest of your life, and pass them along to your partner, best friends, kids, etc.
I believe that a balanced lifestyle and habit management should be within reach for everyone. That’s why I’m working on services and products for varying budgets and time-investments. If it’s not possible for you to pay the program in one go, please contact me to discuss a payment arrangement.
Do I need to be referred by my GP?
No, and you also don’t need to fulfill certain criteria, except wanting to change and being dedicated to making this change.
How do I fit this in my schedule?
Are you thinking “I’m already so busy, where am I going to fit this in?” I can imagine. But that’s something we’ll work with in our coaching. We’ll take small steps, so it’s achievable and manageable. Your achieved results will give you more energy and calmness, which makes you feel like you’re able to handle more.
And no worries! Coaching is flexible. We’ll see how it fits into your agenda, not the other way around. Most people want a session every one or two weeks.
What if I need more than 8 sessions?
No problem! We’ll add more sessions. One-off coaching sessions cost €75. Do you want an extra check-in at the end of your program? Those are €27,50.
